Definiciones

"Software": Modificador PDF y todos sus componentes, incluyendo código, ejecutables, documentación, imágenes, iconos y archivos de configuración.

"Uso Personal": Utilización del Software por una persona para sus propias necesidades privadas, sin contraprestación económica ni beneficio comercial.

"Uso Comercial": Cualquier uso que implique obtención de beneficio económico, actividades empresariales, o monetización.

Artículo 1: Concesión de Licencia

1.1 Uso Personal Gratuito

Se concede licencia gratuita, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Software únicamente para fines personales y no comerciales.

1.2 Usos Permitidos

  • Instalación en dispositivos propios del usuario
  • Uso para tareas personales y domésticas
  • Uso educativo individual
  • Uso en proyectos personales sin fines de lucro
  • Compartir gratuitamente con familiares y amigos

Artículo 2: Prohibiciones y Restricciones

2.1 Prohibición de Venta

Queda TERMINANTEMENTE PROHIBIDO vender o revender el Software sin autorización expresa y acuerdo de retribución económica.

2.2 Prohibición de Uso Comercial

  • Usar en actividades empresariales o comerciales
  • Prestar servicios remunerados usando el Software
  • Incluir en productos o servicios de pago
  • Usar en entornos corporativos con fines lucrativos

2.3 Prohibición de Apropiación

  • Reclamar autoría del Software
  • Registrarlo a nombre propio
  • Presentarlo como creación propia
  • Eliminar la atribución al autor original

Artículo 3: Condiciones para Uso Comercial

Todo uso comercial, venta o monetización REQUIERE:

  • Contactar previamente con el titular
  • Obtener autorización expresa por escrito
  • Acordar términos económicos

Retribución Obligatoria: Si el Software es vendido bajo autorización, el titular DEBE recibir compensación POR CADA VENTA realizada.

Artículo 4: Redistribución Gratuita

Se permite la redistribución gratuita del Software siempre que:

  • Se incluya esta licencia íntegramente
  • Se mantenga toda la atribución al autor
  • NO se cobre ningún importe
  • Se indique claramente que es gratuito para uso personal

Artículo 5: Propiedad Intelectual

El Software es propiedad exclusiva de Oriol Alonso Esplugas. Esta licencia NO transfiere derechos de propiedad.

El nombre "Modificador PDF" y logos asociados son propiedad del titular y no pueden usarse sin autorización.

Artículo 6: Garantías y Responsabilidad

EL SOFTWARE SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL", SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO.

El autor no será responsable de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Software.

Artículo 7: Violación de Términos

Esta licencia se terminará automáticamente si se incumplen sus términos.

El titular se reserva el derecho de emprender acciones legales en caso de violación.

Artículo 8: Disposiciones Generales

Ley Aplicable: Esta licencia se regirá por las leyes de España.

Jurisdicción: Las partes se someten a los tribunales de España.

Definitions

"Software": PDF Editor and all its components, including code, executables, documentation, images, icons, and configuration files.

"Personal Use": Use of the Software by an individual for their own private needs, without economic compensation or commercial benefit.

"Commercial Use": Any use that involves obtaining economic benefit, business activities, or monetization.

Article 1: License Grant

1.1 Free Personal Use

A free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is granted to use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Permitted Uses

  • Installation on user's own devices
  • Use for personal and domestic tasks
  • Individual educational use
  • Use in personal non-profit projects
  • Share free with family and friends

Article 2: Prohibitions and Restrictions

2.1 Prohibition of Sale

It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to sell or resell the Software without express authorization and compensation agreement.

The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

Article 7: Breach of Terms

This license will automatically terminate if its terms are violated.

The rights holder reserves the right to take legal action in case of violation.

Article 8: General Provisions

Applicable Law: This license shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Jurisdiction: The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
